Preston Wings Centre

Preston has a newly opened resource aimed at the Armed Forces Community. The Royal Air Forces Association Wings Centre on Fishergate offers a group setting to get involved with activities, events and to social with likeminded people. Our first groups are up and running – paper-based crafting on Tuesday mornings from 10 till 12, Tea and Toast on Thursday mornings 10 till 12 and a knitting circle on Friday mornings 10 till 12. As a charity we take a small donation to participate in activities and groups, generally £1, but you are free to visit us to see what other things are going on and find out more about Armed Forces activities in the Preston area.
If you have ideas for other activities, skills to share with others, or would like to volunteer with us, please pop into the Wings Centre at 82-83 Fishergate, Preston, or contact northern@rafa.org.uk
